My hubby is looking to leave Swift (numerous reasons, mostly bad experiences with FMs) and we're searching for a company with a solid benefits plan. The driver websites don't show much detail about medical coverage and the like, so we were hoping that someone who had first-hand experience as a driver with the company could shed some light on premiums and coverage.

Would be much appreciated. As we're expecting on on the way, this is a huge deal for us.

    Thank you in advance!!!

I've driven for CRE and am now with Swift ... The worst DM/FM at Swift is light years ahead of the best DM/FM you will find at CRE.

Fleet Managers ... they are the DMs immediate supervisors ... Though CRE calls their FMs - wait for it - DM supervisors.

I also second Dewey, stay away from them. Except for the lightbody trucks, Prime company has so far been pretty good. Insurance is Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, it costs about $52.00 a week for driver after 90 days I believe, and $52.00 a week for spouse, don't remember what it was with children.
