My CR England adventure/experience... Hint, It's everything you've heard & then some!

It took me all of about 1 day worth of reading this forum to change my direction in truck driving. Almost went to England cause I didn't know any better, thank goodness for this forum!

 

Well, i hope it's a lot better for you now! I've made plenty of bad decisions in my time and hopefully the direction i'm currently taking wont be one of them. I can appreciate you(and others) writing this info. It gives people like me, a chance to get into the industry with a better since of what to do(or what not to do). One thing i thought about while reading this was how supportive your wife was with this, must have been hard for them to handle! anyway, it was a good read, thanks!

Great story... I was shocked when I read you then went to JB Hunt... But from what you said it wasn't all that bad so that's good.... You need to send your story to Ann Ferro so maybe a light bulb will finally turn on in her head... Or maybe send it to OOIDA.... Your story shows why the trucking Industry is in the tubes and one main reason is CR England... How could they fly you or anyone to SLC and then not have someone there waiting to pick you up at the airport? Ignorance!!! It was hilarious to read about your trainer hitting the scale before Donners pass and not having his logs in order... What a tool he must have been, anyone with a months experience who has gone west on 80 through that scale could tell you that almost 100% of the time them inspection bays they have are full and soon as one truck pulls out the next customer is being pulled in... There's tons of stories on here like this but I think this is up there as one of the best and LONGEST... Thanks for the good read...

 

At least jb hunt is a thousand times better than crook rat England.....

I sincerely wish I had read this before launching my awful campaign to get hired by CR England. Would have saved me a lot of time and headaches. Thanks for sharing.

 

I still work for England. It's a pretty good job but I'm looking for better.

 

Cr england needs to be shut down and the owners spend a life sentence in jail.
