Hey bud, I've been with CRE 2 years. You're gonna hear a lot of ignorant drama on this site. Best to ask someone who actually works for the company.

Did you go with them? If not, I know US Express is a training company that will start you at a bit more.
Still, if you are up for it or the logistics work for you, there are good paying jobs with CRE right out of the gate.
The fastest way to get a big pay check ($1000-$1500/week) is to be a trainer but unless you have the patience of the Buddha and the focus of Spock - that is, unless you are a ####### Marine - don't do it: high stress and high risk.
A good option is to get on one of the Wal-Mart accounts: these are local jobs that can pay $1000/week if you hustle - that is pretty good for entry level.
