looking at a local gig with CRE in Mt Olive NC , I work for another company right now make good money just OTR has been taking it toll on my family and children. I am just curious if anyone knows how the pay structure for CRE local guys work . the job listing says 10-12 hrs a day 6 days /week . i imagine it will not be hourly salary . but can anyone give me some insight. Thanks!

 

thats pretty good money, all the gig around here i find at local building suppliers and loses HD ext want to pay me 12 an hour and i tell them theres no way ill will drive at that salary. i guess i will see what the people at CRE say with salary. I'm going to guess its prob salaried or by load. but we will see. I'm making $1100 take home every week with weekend off right now working OTR .so i know I'm going to take a pay cut. but its worth it to be home more with the family.
