If you want miles dont go home for at least 4 weeks after training and stay 2 days no more. if you live one I 80 I 70 I 40 .etc you may get to pass by your home more often , England thinks your truck is your home !

I dont Know Much about CR,they got a vidioe on UTUBE and they maybe Mormons who Knows, My wifes Uncle drived for them for 6 monthes with the Lease, He is now driving for Schnieder,got his Experience and Licence, he was banking 1500$ a week after taxes, I think what stressed him out was that he is an older guy, he was doing the trainer thing(I could never do)he couldnt sleep, and yeah what else is to say,he got his experience, on the Other hand I know a guy who does the same for 2 years now he digs it he is a diehard, I just wouldnt want to wake up in the hospital or fly out of the bed in the middle of the Day or night,not worth 50 grand a month, what ever floats your boat
I may end up driving for them,ig this other gig falls through, I got my Licence..no expereience..Got no home so what the hell about home time

Ill put in me 2 cents in. I work for CR England. I have been with them for 2 months now. They are a total screw up. So far I have not had a single paycheck correct. They have shorted me at least 200 dollars every time. I get to every drop at least 1 day early if not 2 or 3 days early. They leave me sitting days at a time and everyone there LIES. I am not happy with the company but I am going to stick it out for 6 months. and in 6 months I will be looking to go to a different company. One of the many lies they told me was that I could be a solo company driver well that was a bunch of bull. They forced me to be a company team driver and teamed me up with a guy who lives 8 hours away. It makes it quite a pain in the rear to go home. I have to pay my own train ticket every time. The 1st seat driver does not have a home but has family who will not let them stay in there house so he always takes the truck home and I have to pay 60 dollars every time he wants to go visit his girlfriend. I do not complain I just know that once I have been there for 6 months I will be going to a better company. Anyone know of a company in San Jose CA that is hiring?

Yeah; Central Ref is in that general area.

They can not force you to team. Go solo or get out now. That is one excuse to cut out early that will not hurt your record. No available solo trucks. That ends up being a THEM problem and not a YOU problem.

They don't NEED a good reason to hurt y'all's record. It becomes a "YOU" problem if C.R.E. says team or terminate.

As for no available solo Big trucks, all C.R.E. has to do is rename their solo trucks,
TEAM trucks,
and fill 'em with former solo drivers.

They're cutting costs,
just like many truckin' companies are doin' these daze.
