No I turned it in to SLC yard at END of Lease/FLEACE and was told would get the list along with check within 45 days. What it sounds like/looks like to me is you are not a driver, But a recruiter posing as a driver but I am sure most everyone that looks into your post history sees you and Fawne are suspicious at best. Finally the Abandoment was removed when OOIDA called them on it. best 45 dollars a year I spent make CRE quake in thier shoes.

    To answer your pm mrfasttrack
1 they are 75% newbie/ trainie so they are unsure what is right or wrong.

2 They Strong Arm everyone into signing the lease. More like a mugging

3 They have enough trucks running they can cover the rollover.

Before you take Carrotops, fawns,my ,or any other drivers word look up all post by that driver by right clicking thier name. If they only defend a company and never offer advice(other than sign with company x) or (Company X is perfect) Ignore them they are recruiters.

    Mrfasttrack and IYAOYAS Thank this.

so what you are saying "jabberjaws" is just because somebody has a positive experience with said company they must be a recruiter? am i correct in that ?

the only way to be a recruiter is to have someones full name and birth city then you have to put that persons name in to the q-com or computer.:biggrin_2556:

I started posting on this site since driving school and I didn't go to cre for school i went to greenville tech in south Carolina. I just happen to have had a positive experience so far.

the sad truth is....not everyone is capable of running their own business! and businesses fail all the time. and most of the time they fail the owner blames everyone else but their lack of business sense.:biggrin_25516:

Since CR England tries to give "everyone" a chance, there's bound to be a lot of failure. and i count from the time you get off the buss for school / orientation. meaning not everyone going to pass the drug screen / physical. I'll never understand why someone would even bother getting on the buss and think they could get by the drug screen. there was this one guy that was getting sauced on the buss when he took the drug test he showed positive for alcohol. not to bad since it's not illegal."I'll skip the lecture about showing up at your new company for a driving job having had a few" so they told him he can just retake the drug test at the school. so he goes out to a sports bar that night, and fails the drug screen at the school. he didn't understand what was wrong with that he wasn't driving he was going to school. and he had a class b license. but I suppose that was cre's fault also right?
they put you threw school and offer you 3 months of otr training. Cr England tries to give you all the tools to be successful but not everybody utilizes them. I mean heck theirs some people signing a lease after 10-15 days into phase 2 then calling me asking me how to read their settlements. that's what you learn in phase 2, all the busness stuff.:biggrin_25521:
then theirs a buddy of mine that was a phase 2 trainer that was taking a break from training. so i asked why don't you hire a co driver. he said I'm doing good solo right now. he did that for 2 months. then he tells me he got that job at TMC so hes leaving England. he was negative 1200 2 weeks in a row and thought horizon should work with him cas he had slow weeks.

people are going to come on here and complain about how they "failed" and blame the company. and when someone with half a brain reads it and addresses what their problem was or picks them apart you call them a recruiter or some sort of company representative. the fact is your not right for every company and every company is not right for you. it's all in what you want out of a company is who you choose. if you want to be home every night then you want to be a local driver so don't go to a company that is mostly otr. ect....:biggrin_25525:
I'm far from being perfect. I just use what CR England taught me and some. and I have been successful so far. but i keep the wheels rolling at all costs. I don't turn down loads, never been late on a load that was driver error, I don't run solo. if for some reason I could not be a trainer or the company didn't train anymore then there would be plenty of co drivers to hire. but I will not run solo, it goes against everything I was thought and my beliefs. 10 + hours sitting still everyday is unproductive, and i don't care what the solo drivers have to say about that.

your dead wrong on that. I am not a company person posing as a driver.
I am a lease operator / trainer. and yes i did sign up to be a driver recruiter but i haven't signed any buddy up.
and it just so happens that fawn was a student that I trained. she just finished up phase 1 training. :biggrin_25522:

Wow are you bitter. You got burned for some reason your not letting onto. You were a driver that completed the lease yet in the 45 days after you handed your truck in you "quit". No formal notice before handing in the truck that you were considering employment elsewhere, just up and goodbye. As an employer I find that attitude wrong and would then go more closely over your hand in.

Now I am not defending Carrot Top, for one he does have some spelling errors that a recruiter (desk type) would not allow. Yet just because he has stuck with it and is still there, does not make that person some one you should be insulting or defaming.

My only major regret was that all the trainers I had, all seemed like they were holding their breaths and hadnt learned how to breathe. I just wonder if I would have done better with some one like carrot top.

    10 / 4 on that one buddy!!

Look out folks and remember spelling and grammer count. How you write says a great deal about you, your level of education and how you interpret the world.

By the way, Carrot Top is not a Recruiter (though he does recruit). He is a regular employee and he does a wonderful job.

When I handed in my paperwork after my training at the school one of the teachers said " I heard that guy was awesome several times, I just wondered if it was true" and I said " Yep"

So , if you all want to be insulting thats up to you. Nothing you can say or do will stop Carrot Top from being awesome. You are all just losers who can't get themselves into an industry simply because you have no patience.

If you wanted to get into England you would be able to, if you met the requirements.
    Persistance pays off.

I am currently employed by England. I am happy with my job so far, and I am going to continue to work for them. No I am not a recruiter. Yes I will assist you if you want to discuss England just send me a message or email me at fawne@mail.com

I am not always able to answer if I am out on the road. You will have to be patient.
    I love driving the truck.

Wonderful. You have found your special place. I wonder if you will be quite so feisty in telling us how this tragedy ends? I doubt it. Give it time and CRE will reveal itself to you. At that point I hope you have the courage to let everybody know just exactly what your "transgression" was - there will be one trust me.
