Drug Test is done the day you get off the buss. One fellow in my class supposedly had not done grass in 7 years and was kicked because of the history. So beware!

DOT?? Physical? Also same day

DOT?? Road Test? If you dont have your CDL they will train you in 3 days, asuming you pass the above.

Money. You need enough for 2 weeks of eating out and enough to buy a one way ticket on a greyhound to get home. Your fault their fault, it doesnt matter, it comes out of your pocket initially (if your trying to get home). You can be thrown off the truck at a moments notice without probable cause. Happened to me, even tho company called me up 2 weeks later "Terrible misunderstanding Mr. X, we want you back".
