well im not with crst anymore, but thinking about going back to them then maybe switching to either another otr company or getting on local

Listen to Lavender... If you already a driving for a OTR why switch now? I know it's probably due to you not being happy with your current situation. But you already have 4 months with current company. Are you under contract? If so, read what they do about early termination.
