Can anyone explain why I am getting an invalid location message after every drop and hook?

It's nothing your doing wrong, it's something in the records at Lincoln. It sucks though, , because you have to resend the load call again after dispatch fixes it.

Yeah. Qualcomm needs to update the software to add an option so that when you call up the last outbound message, there's a "resend" button.

I've had to resend loaded/unloaded messages up to 4 times because somebody in Lincoln screwed up. Sometimes they would wait to send the 'we fixed it, please resend' message 30-60 minutes after you were already moving.
One time I refused to send it again, and just went to sleep, after sending it 3-4 times.

My as s man has me spoiled, if I get the trailer location message, he fixes it for me and I don't have to resend the load call. I suppose they all could do it

Do you guys get asked for the license plate number? I used to get the invalid location message maybe once a month now it's almost every drop.

It's possible the driver sent in the wrong trailer number, too.
Yes, i've had to go out and write down the tag number, and send it in.

I've had this problem a lot recently. The way it's been explained to me it's usually the result of a driver getting one digit wrong on the trailer number. If they tracked our trailers better the system wouldn't allow this I happen. 6 years with my previous company and this happened maybe 6-8 times in total.
