Weren't all your weeks over 2500 miles? How is that 500 bucks? They're at 36 CPM for students right now, right? At 2500 miles, thats 900 gross.

I got a phone call from a Crete recruiter and he told me that "my application was approved and I have solid job offer". Can anyone please explain what this is. I start cdl school may 12 (roadmaster). Thanks in advance

Actually, he can refuse some of the unproductive loads by throwing himself "out of service" for the day. Sure, he'll lose miles for that day but, They'll get the hint and run him more. It's hearsay from me, but I got it from a horse's mouth.

That's jiberish for "we may hire you, if after you get your CDL and we actually look at your job history and past, we might consider you"

And that is good. I don't think a new driver can do better in the OTR field. Honestly, it's a company to retire from, unless you do a year or so and go to our sister company, Poly.
