I know that APUs are better, but no one here has mentioned that Crete trucks do have HVAC units to keep the truck hot/cold without idling. You can't do a microwave on a 400 watt, but most other thongs are fine on it. Plus you can get a 2000 watt invertor with a docs note.

I have a 2000 watt inverter it powers my Fridge, microwave, hot plate, 23in all in one computer, printer, fan, and 12,000btu portable AC unit and when I Park for the weekend I have a 3,100 Watt inverter generator that powers everything

Pretty sure it's 1 yr otr experience, plus the normal stuff, no duis, decent driving record etc.
