Looks like Ill be the next to share my experience with Crete. Orientation starts tommorow, I live n ATL so Ill be able to go home everyday, they say the real orientation is THURS AND FRI. and that tommorow is just drug test physical yada yada. But Ill be using this thread to share my experiences as time goes along .
Going southeast regional, told I would make .39 cents a mile

Well finished orientation friday. They rented me a car and I had to drive to columbus, OH to get my truck. Got my truck and got a load back 2 atl and this week Ive went from ga-nc-ga-ten. Right now Im on a load goin to ft. pierce fla.Im just stopping thru the house to get a restart
So far so good tho, Only comp-laint I have is they keep sending me to these east jesus towns (vidalia ga, rincon ga, high point nc) every one of my backs have been tricky but hey Its all good, Im having fun just being regional.

hey, can you give me your initial impression about your regional dispatching? I just did a month with Pemberton and ran what seemed to be 24/7. My schedule was all over the place, midnites one day, afternoons the next, which was a shock after running national where I could count on waking in the morning, driving all day, and getting time off in the evening before sleeping overnite. The regional work was mostly specific appointment times and as short runs, were practically all hot loads (pick it up and get it there ASAP). I'm returning to Crete in the next few weeks but was going to stay national to avoid that kind of hectic day to day running. How have your days been?bb.

Ok Im home again, 2nd week with crete and Im happy as ever, I got 2 see how their detention pay worked. Being regional all my loads are pre-planned so I havent sat idle for longer than an hour (excluding 10hr rest of course).And they havent taking me out of the region yet
This company is great(so far). I came home this morning (sat.) and Ill go back to the terminal monday morning to start up again, Im gonna track my miles for yall. But Ill keep ya posted.
