lets not mention the fact that there head safety guy cant even drive anymore do to the fact his dl was revoked cuase he drives drunk time after time so much the court conseders him a resk go figure

Just out of curiousity how do you know for a fact that's true. Are you able to produce cold hard facts that say this is true??? Let's see the proof. If you aren't correct in your statement, could that be considered as slander? Produce some proof.

How can the company be responsible for knowing if he had taken rest or not? Some people, myself included, tend to make up our minds after we see cold hard facts. Anyone can come in here and say anything. What's being asked is to back up your allegations with some hard facts and proof.

That's not how it works tootsie.. If you come in to a public forum and make some serious allegations, you better have some hard facts and links to back it up. Otherwise, don't go home crying when you're taken to task on it. It's not up to the membership to do your work for you.
