1 trucks are #### only there trophy drivers have the good trucks
all new driver experance or not get old peaced to gether trucks that have been rooled over my truck was put together from 3 difrent trucks...
2 they sciped on paying me 2 week and there response was we dont get payed you dont get payed ...

3 there saftey is a joke they love to give you loads they now you cant run the say will you should have said something and if you refuse the load you get canned as i ded ....


canned me in licoln ne i live in florida my car was in deland fl
bus teckit was 282 plane was 283 i took the plane taxi from orland to deland was 140 dollars ...they gave me a 250 dollars on the day the caned me and said find you oun way home then when i got my last check they held out 250 dollars as a cash advance reel funny...

and if anyone does not believe me ask to see my reciets and paystub will be happy to sho you them....

hmmmm... i know some crete drivers and they are driving really nice trucks, not "trophy" drivers either. is that like being a trophy wife or girlfriend? you didnt get paid cause they didnt have the money from the customer? wow!!! ill just bet thats how they got to be such a profitable carrier. ya think??? what are your issues with the safety dept.? they dont dispatch the drivers or give loads out do they? last i knew, it was the dispatchers or planners. and you didnt say why you were dismissed. why were you dismissed, i musta missed that??? i have to agree with aladdin sane, they just dont know what they let get away. lol best of luk in yer nuw in-dev-oars

Safety departments should audit logbooks and loads of drivers like the one that repeatedly violated HOS and ended up killing 5 kids . How many other drivers did Crete push like that ?

line 3 clearly shows why they canned me but seems dow some of you sarcastic drivers just cant figure it out i was canned do to the fact i refused a load i could not run legal and all that kinda stuff .............and my prob with saftey is the dont stand up to dispatch and hold them responsibl and all that and if there in a new truck ya i bet at 9 to 1 odds there a trophy driver and run just to please there dm

and thank you rickg you are correct but for 1 thing it was 7 kids there killed becuas they pushed and pushed and lets not mention the fact that there head safety guy cant even drive anymore do to the fact his dl was revoked cuase he drives drunk time after time so much the court conseders him a resk go figure
and if you drivers whant to call me names and suggest a lack of entilagents and all well hell i guess thats why i drive a truck just remember this at leaset i never murdered a child cuase just had to make an extra buck

If you got terminated because you refused to run illegally and you can prove other drivers are running illegally I'm sure there are attorneys that would love to talk to you . The FMCSA would be interested in hearing it also .

How can the company be responsible for knowing if he had taken rest or not? Also, the driver should have assumed responsibility as a professional driver and reported to the company that he was not able to drive due to not having rested. The company did not force that man to get behind the wheel. Do you have some hard fast accurate facts that I haven't seen or heard? If so, let's hear them.
