    Keep em coming Chow,former driver here and might go back if I could get miles. I keep in touch with a few Crete drivers and between their info and this sites I will make a decision to go back. Currently a local driver but plan on moving this year down to GA if things go well so it would be nice to have a job when I get down there.

    Hey Chow...I'm getting ready to start my training with Crete. I graduate this thursday and as soon as I can get tested for my CDL I'll have my start date.

    My situation is different than yours as I'll be 8 wks with a trainer.

    Tell me how was the physical and work screening? What kinda stuff do they have you do?

    I've turned in my app to crete and they are processing it as we speak. In 3-5 days I should know something.

    The physical was just a usual DOT physical...as long as you dont have bad problems with Blood Pressure and Diabetes then it shouldnt be a problem...but then you've been in school so that should be ok... the work screen is a very basic fitness test really, lifting crap up and walking a little way with it, testing your grip etc etc ad nauseum....if I can pass being a 300lb lard butt then I am sure most other people can!!
