Ok i heard a lot of bad about crst and training. I am new to drviving and at the facility now. I have never driven a stick and it scared me. I really need help double clutching and downshifiting. I also want to say i came with my indiana permit. So i am in a two week class. Also the instructor let a guy drive for two hours who had experience me and another driver sat and watched. Then he said we drove for eight hours. I drove for probably for 45 minutes. I cannot get the double clutching down any tips or pointers would help i dont want to be dropped for not doing it right i think i have until thursday. Thank you gus

the biggest tip, is to practice. Ask if you can spend some time in the yard with a trainer and practice shifting.

Google the adams family theme song finger snaps are pretty close to timing shift. Plus since your from Indiana be prepared if you try to switch back to an Indiana license you will have to re take all written tests to include general motor vehicle make sure if you have motorcycle endorsement on your license now that it gets on the Iowa.

i just did the schooling. in orientation.
i never drove a stick shift before.
First thing is to breath. Just repeat one-two. i picked it up fast with that. one is push in clutch and go to neutral and 2 is push clutch and shift

Take some initiative. Ask your instructor for another go at the truck. Take it easy and relax.
