Doored-That really sounds pretty good! You work off the $2800 at ZERO cost to you and your total cost for a hotel for 3 weeks is $400 for a private room with cooking facilities. You are in a small class of 6 so training should be good and you are pd $90 per day while you are trained for 2 weeks and then you go solo with your own tractor. The email doesn't get into CPM or any other allowances or potential leases or job guarantees but what I see so far looks good. BTW--A 500 credit rating is not all that high either.

You can check your credit rating online Doored and get a secured card from your bank to kick start your rating. If anyone has checked your credit recently you qualify to receive a free report! Use the card to pay for monthly phone bill, groceries, gas and etc and pay it off EARLY every month with a DEBIT card and you will pay no interest while building your credit! A lot of people don't know that. 500 is a low bar so it shouldn't take much to reach that point.

    doored88 Thanks this.

Doored-The company will likely want you to get the attachments to your CDL AND take the general knowledge in Wisconsin! I am currently studying AND taking test after test right here via the link in the nav bar above. I notice that the test can be taken over and over again and it will give out different questions obviously requiring different answers! I started out scoring in the 60's (Bad) and am now approaching 90's simply by taking the tests multiple times and learning from my mistakes. I won't stop this routine until I start acing tests. Realize if you are capable of passing these testS when you arrive at school you are at a good advantage and should sail thru all paper tests easily.

That's great! So are you really considering Roehl over CRST? I did work for them a little bit. They are a great company compared to all these other big carriers.
