CRST wont last long with "all-team" freight they are already one of the worst BFI i think their team pay is only .45cpm.

there is just to much problems with teaming... they should allow solo.

With the way the hours of service change, i bet more company will be using team.

.45?? To the truck?? After 6 months 31 to the driver split miles

I agree there are problems with teaming. But if you can get two drivers that know what there doing, its no diffrent then solo.

Btw, most of crst fraight is air fraight. Most airfraight like ups, fedex, ect
    Needs team drivers

REALLY? They won't last long with "all team"? You might want to call and let them know.

.45 is their top pay for drivers with 5 yrs exp.

Teaming is the wave of the future, especially with the new HOS.

To the op, forget showering every day.

this is true but they dont pay you for all miles they give each driver a half of the total miles as for showers whats so wrong with stoping once a day for 30 minutes to wash your man parts its just nice not to have to smell someone elses ##### all day

    drumrboi Thanks this.
