One of the complaints I had about this company was communication was virtually impossible once you started up the chain of command as you would receive a different answer with each person you talked to.

Just make sure they didn't ding your DAC

I've never had communications issues myself. In fact you will receive multiple messages from various people throughout the day. Mostly dispatch. But yea I've heard many drivers complain about not being able to reach certain people department.

yah they went after me for a qc that i returned to cedar rapids with a receipt then for another 500 four months later as they claimed the rate changed on that load .....this was two and half years ago .....they sold it to a collection agency and every few months i tell em to pound sand
