So was sent to Fontana ,Ca for orientation was told everthing was good last day of orientation was sent home because they said only have 7 months of work history in last 3 yrs well I was on comp for 2&1/2 yrs but while in Fontana upper management changed there policy and they said I did not meet policy even though policy took affect after I was approved,So maybe a disability act suit is in order,we shall see.Good luck with your own experience with CRST

You've obviously been out of the loop for awhile.

But there is NO driver shortage.

You've been off work for some time now. Almost to the point that many companies would require you to go with a trainer and/or attend a CDL school.

You're wasting your time with a "disability" claim. And it would not result in a new law being written to accommodate you it anyone else that has been off that long.

    Injured or not.

You should be thankful, they did you a huge favor.CRST does not live up to one thing they tell you, and, being fresh out of training and orientation you will make less than you would working min wage at wal-mart.

    emma Thanks this.

In trucking, wages are paid like on commission pay. With that, you being a new driver it will be a nightmare. Then the fact that CRST hires dispatchers fresh out of college. Grads that don't know trucking. There are only a handful of dispatchers that can do the job well.
