That sounds like .49 for the team. Never heard of crusty paying that much to solo.

U must have a lot of time on the road but yes I think that is tops pay
If a recruiter told u that I would have them fax u a copy of that with a signature
But they do pay that good to lead drivers if u got the time on the road

Ive been with my lead driver for almost 28 days now and he makes .49 cents a mile. He really deserves it i think. Hes been a great teacher and is a excellent guy. I have yet to even been mad at him one bit

Is that flatbed or van? Or does it matter?

If u have over ten years that would put u up there because they pay lead company drivers and extra .06 cents a mile to train
    Also that would be van

The pay info sounds correct as I believe top pay is .43 and then they give u an additional .06 for being a lead. The hometime sounds like a lie. I just left CRST in February and their policy is one day off per week out and only a max of 4 days off regardless how long you stay out. Plus their training is 28 days so you going home for 5 with a student dosent sound right. Look into that a little more

Never ever heard of this before. It just sounds like a whole bunch of stuff you heard from different people....
