CRST L/P operator taking on newbie?

    Hi. Met a CRST least purchaser who offered me to ride/drive with him. He's only got about 5 monthy exp. I'm hurting to get some exp. What's the deal with this? Is it legal for me to sub-contract w/ him in his leased rig?

    as long as you can be certified as a driver by crst he can hire you .....but 5 months in how is he going to pay you 1099 or w2.....do you trust him to withhold your tax;s and pay them if a w2 employee....take into account you wont get any benefits etc may be a little risky
