| ? about crst  i was just wondering if anyone could help me out?i was just wondering if anyone knew how it was to work for CRST? left wener after locking horns with my dispatcher and not bveing comfortable with the company,is CRST any better?was imterested in team drivimg anyway.thanx for your time people!  |

| All Companys Are About the same Well Guy i can say this i worked for a couple of different carriers they are all about the same Crst seems to be good so far im going to work for their premeir division |

| Good luck with that. It no longer exists. Anyway CRST is not as bad as you may have heard or read. A lot of ppl complain to dispatchers and whine and moan. Well they get tired of it and that's wheb u get low miles and #### loads. I say suck it up show them you mean business and you get miles. 6077 miles this week and I had about 24 downtime. We RUN like crazy cuz we proved ourselves. Try it out. |

| I say stick it out and keep a good attitude. They have taken pretty good care of us. We are new but I was told - Don't ever turn down a load and don't be late.. It has worked for me so far. I did recruit a friend from home for my co-driver. Some have found it hard to find the "right one". Attitude is everything.. Loads are slow but if you want miles team up and encourage your dispatch. It's not all their fault. I thank mine ever chance I get for working so hard for me. Most large trucking companys are the same. Trying to save every last dime in these hard times. Some are not even hiring and most shut down their training programs. |

| I'm going on week 2 of my 28 days of training of and so far we have a real good dispatcher. The only main problem I have is me and my trainer bump heads at times but other than that he's a pretty good trainer. Right now we have been waiting for a load for about 2 days here in Dallas but it's not much my dispatcher can do as freight is scarce. |
