Yeah that's the plan. I think I may have gotten lucky, and some noob over there made a mistake and sent that auth out.
Either way, I have a copy so regardless of what they say going forward, too late.

I talked to Heyl and she told me even though they require 6 months, I have 5 officially and she can get me in there.
The only issue I have is running reefer.

Never done it before, and am always up to learn something new - but I am not sure I will like sitting and waiting at warehouses on a live load/unload
Not too sure about some Sh|tbag unit that isn't working good running right behind my head while I am trying to sleep.

I did start a little spreadsheet maybe some other people here would be able to use:

For all of you following this, I got all my info from HireRight. Requested my DAC - and What I find odd is this, maybe someone here can answer this -

DAC is blank, no records found - Bridge Ticket this thread is all about isn't even listed - On my MVR or DAC - CRST verified I worked there, but they are not listed on my DAC for employment and the bridge ticket isn't listed anywhere at all.

If your location is Tampa, Fl then you are protected under FL law their is a limit to what they can report to a new employer.
Also if your status with them was an employee while living in FL than go to the EEOC they can not draw monies out of your account with out your consent.
As for the ticket get a lawyer you will win base on the fact that you had a company representative in the truck that should have told you right from wrong. that is why you are call a trainee and still have to up grade at the end of your training.
You can also contact OOIDA and see if they can help you.
