I know that USA and Pam charge 7 grand for your school. I'm tryin to tell you guys to just pay for it out of your pocket. You'll be much better off. And .22 cpm was the first time I ever asked him how much he was making. He had already been there a couple months at that point so he might've started even lower than that. I'm tryin to tell ya

####! Central Charged me 3 Grand (well $1500, I stuck with them a year, somehow) I belive England is 3 Grand as well

you can pay out of your own pocket for schooling, but at the end of the day you'll still have to go through the same school/learning BS that they put all their new hires/students/recruits through, so its just easier to go for "free" at schools

I know how it works, you're paying it back, but its free enough, you never actually see yourself paying it

Prime inc training program is free if you stay with them for 1 year and you start at full pay as soon as your training is complete

I started at crst 6 years ago. Never made any money.

Or. You could just pay it out of pocket. Find a grocery delivering company in your area. Get on with them. Make 50-60k a year for your first two years. Then go wherever you want, now you have the experience.

Oh and and also you'll work your butt off but most of you drivers could use some hard work anyway

.22cpm? That's criminal. I thought my starting pay of .28cpm at Central was too low. But .22? That makes Baby Jesus cry.

Except that doesn't count as Otr experience which almost every company wants.

Check the job listings. Tractor trailer experience is more commonly required than otr. Especially for the ltl companies
