To the ones wanting to be o/o with crst:

From what I have heard o/o are doing about the same as the company drivers. The thing I find o/o doing a lot of is turning down loads. They would rather sit at a truckstop for three days and wait on a 1,000 mile run instead of taking the 400 mile run that might not pay that great, but would get them out of the area and into a better frieght area. As long as you weigh all of your options and look at the big picture on loads instead how much is this going to make me right now, you should be alright. Hope this helps you guys out a little.

All my loads are time-sensitive airfrieghts and about 75% are for conway which is probably the #1 customer. I talk to others who moan and whine about getting 2000 miles a week and are a rating 5 team(slow). Work hard and crst takes care of you. Slack off and nobody will.
Im going to Cedar Rapids on Saturday; I have to take a refresher. I am so looking forward to being behind the wheel again. I have little experience, but I am grateful for a door to open, so I can get more valuable experience. So, if I work my butt of with my team driver, I can make good money?

After I get another 3 months otr, I am going to apply for a lead driver. I know CRST does not have many female trainers, so with that I could be an asset to them.

If you people had been here when we had gmc astros, you would not be whining about your equipment.
