Hello Everyone...I am considering CRST...Newly got my CDL recently and would be attending their school soon in Iowa...I am from Minnesota...I am wondering if anyone on here is going soon to their school and might want to talk about teaming up after training..that is my major concern is finding someone that I feel I can live with for 8 months under their contract or longer.

If you have your cdl why do you have to attend their school? YOu should be able to go into orientation then 28 days of training.

I am suppose to attend orientation 10/19. Let talk!!!!

Wow I don't know if I would go to a company school and sign a contract... That sounds like a hard way to start.. How long do you have to stay working to pay off the school?

I went to a state certified 160 hour training school.... It is all paid for and I can choose where I want to work. If I don't like it I can move on....

Wow.I am reading many bad things about Crst.I hope that these are just disgruntled, past employees,or lazy, crybabies, that love to hear themselves talk.I am taking a huge leap of faith,by training, and working for this company,on October 12th.I am a hard ,and ambitious worker, and understand,I am starting low on the food chain.I feel that for this company, and others like it to gamble on a newb, and give them thier first shot at trucking, that there would have to be some kind of trade off.Any current trainers, for Crst, who feel they are decent, and have a lot to offer, this US soldier, please contact me.I am a great person, and a hard worker, and will run as hard, and long as I need to to prove myself to the trucking industry, and to Crst.Thanks.:biggrin_25519:
