My husband started his career as a driver with crst and it was the worst experience. After 2 months he had his own truck because of co-driver issues and everyone after that just got worse. He was driving with people with more experience than him who knew nothing. And the person who said getting trucks fixed was a problem was right!!! They don't want to fix them and when they do they seem to punish you with no loads and alot of down time because they had to put out money fixing their **** trucks. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

Just fired after 13 years, all you happy #####-just got my six year safety pin-cited for
punctuality and professionalism continually. The pig farmers kept pushing the corn cob with lies, retarded and loaded codrivers and neglect. They built two new buildings in Cedar Rapids but gave us no raise, spiked our insurance and put blondes and flunkies in charge. All the money flows one way-not mine.

I just came to CRST 2 weeks ago..I already have my CDL class A and Hazmat and have never driven a truck before and I like it so far..Yeah I might get #### loads and sit for a little bit between loads because hey, Im new and everybody has to start from the bottom, Its understandable. Theyre not goin to give me the best loads right off cuz that just wouldnt make sense.. And yes u can get direct deposit OR use a comdata card.. The benefits here are pretty good and they GIVE your beneficiary 20,000 if u die..lol..Im waiting for my trainer to go over the road with..But I have met alot of smart ppl here..I went thru the school too and I think the trainers are awesome..I learned a lot..and CRST's equipment? alot of their trucks are BRAND NEW freightliner columbias..so just check into it before u start jabbing away..anyways, im gonna see how it goes..

No prepass?

I am writing in response to your comment about not meeting anyone that has anything good to say about CRST, and they do not use prepass?? That's a funny thing...... #1, you have now met someone who has good things to say about CRST, OH, and stuck to the middle of my windshield is a little blue box, I think they call it a prepass transponder. Now you will ask, who pays for it??? CRST. You should not be so lazy, as to think you need it. The western fleet of CRST has them in their trucks for a reason. Iss it that hard to enter into a scale house, or do you have something to hide???? Most entry training companies I believe do not have them either. You can get them with your own money...........
