Things here at CRST are going fine being out driving daily at kirkwood the school half the trainers there are former CRST drivers all have good things to say i have ment alot of drivers coming threw ceder rapids and have not heard a single one ##### all have said mile's are picking up. Biggest problem seems to be finding a good co driver.

Thanks for updating, Free. I had planned to be there Monday but decided to wait until after Christmas, since I would have to be gone 3 months before getting to come home. Is Judith there?

Jonny, CRST has 2 Divisions, The Van Expedited and Flatbed Division. I was reading through the blog trying to get more information. Anyway, The Van Division is strictly Teams and the Flatbed Division is strictly Solo. I confirmed this with my recruiter just yesterday afternoon. I am coming to work for CRST at the beginning of the new year as a Lease Purchase.

yes malone is solo, but its all lease purchase, which you need to have 8 mos of experience to lease according the site. crst will let you choose your team mate. if you dont find one by orientation they will give you a list of drivers in your area

CColvin, THanks for that information. I have spoken with my recruiter about the LP. I have the experience under my belt and I know this will work. I haven't been told much about the orientation process. They did say that I had to go to Eldrige for 3 days orientation. Do they fly you to the orientation or do you have to provide your own transportation ? One more thing, Can you elaborate on what the 20/10 program is ? I have never heard of it. Thanks
