.... daily struggle...

The company is a daily struggle. Currently cruising through AZ on route to NY from Ontario, Ca. Not everything can be blamed directly on the company, although the student/driver is defintely always thrown under the bus here whenever possible. Miles are and can stay good, but that all depends on your relationship with Co-driver and the strict ability to continuously move and sacrifice alot of piece of mind. Someone said something about not making good money here, that depends how you look at it and what part of your carreer you are in. CPM sucks, but you can compensate by staying out longer and running yourself into the ground, it takes its toll on you, so you gotta choose whats best for ya.
Its always a catch 22. I don't like teaming PERIOD. At least at this part of my career and I dont know anyone who knows this business enough and works like I do to get in a truck with. But with the team concept and the ability to really never shut the truck off, like I said, the miles can be very good. So I flip flop daily on whether Im leaving to go solo somewhere else for less miles, but consistent miles or whether to ride the storm out here. Im still here......
