as far as lease purchase i dont know much, it seems like they get the older trucks that the company drivers dont use anymore from what i can see. Good look on your orientation.

well it seems as thought the partner i was gonna go into crst with cant do it due to family issues. So i am partnerless going into crst which is scary if you seen some of the drivers for crst theres a lot of scary ones lol

LOL I was talking with another guy who was there for school also we had talked about teaming up as we are both in are early 40's had similar job back grounds same taste in music, food we both smoke have family and live just 2 hours apart but now he is 2 weeks ahead of me so I may have to find someone else to team with also.

yea its a scarey thought lol, atleast with my first co-driver we went to school together we were both military and what not, but ive seen some people that shouldnt even be driving.

Good Morning. I am about to embark on a Lease Purchase with CRST. I have driven OTR before and I am curious if I will have to ride with a Trainer or Co-Driver once I complete the oreintation process. I am going to LP with the Flatbed Division out of Birmingham. They tell me I have been Pre-Approved for the LP Program. Can you tell me exactly what Pre-Approved means as far as CRST's definition ? Thanks

i wish i could help more on the lp department, ive only talked to lp drivers on the crst side (one hit the side of my trailer while backing into a dock) lol

Well i put in my application for crst again lol, i applied for the lease purchase program. If the information is something I like Ill do LP if not then regular company! Maybe if I can ill become a trainer not sure.
