| yea that hurt lol, i know of the dangers of leasing, my dads been a trucker for over 30 years and hes made his share of mistakes especially falling for cr englands lease program, but ive talked to some of crsts lps and some are doing good. Only one way to find out |
| |||
| I understand and I appreciate your response. I am very interested in the LP Program and hope this works out for me. I am making good money where I am, However, Why should let the company make the money when I can put it in my pocket ? Sure there are Pros & Cons to everything, But this way, in 2 years, you can own a pretty decent rig. Sure you may have to perform an inframe around 1,000,000 miles, or you can trade it off a one that is newer and is better equipped. |
| |||
| yea, and if you keep it maintained itll run good for you. any idea what kind of rigs they lease out, or if its the older ones? |
| |||
| hey Ccolvin I was talking to some other drivers at the Fontana yard. they told me that you have to be a married couple to do the lease program out of fontana. the other terminals dont care but alvin at fontana will only allowed married couples is what i heard. |

| CRST will pay for your school as long as you stay with them for 8 months, werner will reimburse you the tuition if you stay with them for so long. the other 2 i dont know. Crst is good to start with just good luck on finding a good co driver |

CRST recruiter says no reimbursement for school or HAZMAT endorsement. Werner says bring receipts and they will reimburse. I want to go CRST but the school and hazmat reimbursement is about $2200 that I will get back by going with Werner.
