yes we run paper logs. we even have custom made log books that have 2 days on the same sheet. the stuff is so crammed on that you have problems putting the information that is requried neatly. most the time you don't have enough space in the notes section and have to write around the pre printed information.

other that that its basic logging. they are telling us that the dot inspectors are now comparing our logs to the qualcom reports. and that if the truck is moving at all someone better be logged in drive time. this includes say you are in a truck stop and have to move a few feet or to a different stall you have to log it on line 3.

yea i seen the new logbooks, wish they would go to the carbonless ones much better

Ruomer has it they will return to one day log books when the current supply of 2 days run out as all the drivers complain about the small note area on the 2 day books, Another driver has told me he is testing paperless log for CRST but wasn't allowed to show anyone said it was similar to Werner system but better But I didn't get to see so it's a gain of salt

yea i never heard crst testing paperless, i know they had an automatic in the fleet lol, but i wouldnt be surprised if crst went paperless
