Ok, I have been going over the threads here and everything I am seeing is on O/O's or L/O's, but my husband is wanting to know about Dart company drivers. Am I not looking in the right spot? But, we are wanting to know what kind of miles they run, pay, how they treat you, home time, the basic stuff. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you,

Yes, Dartco is the division of Dart Transit with all company drivers. They run around 300 tractors and currently hiring students from approved schools to attend their Dart Advantage University: basically 4 weeks of otj training with a trainer. Seems like a good company...I'm still new.

Any more recent info on Dart company drivers? I'm seriously considering going with them, but I can't find much at all about them, as far as people talking about their experiences.

My husband has worked for them for over a year and loves it,but for a few things. Company trucks run 64, and OTR is .38 cpm, dedicted is .40 cpm also no Apu unit, and now as of May idle time is part of performance bonus. Other than that he loves his job, but which job is perfect? My husbands dispatcher runs him like crazy and will keep him out for a month if possible. Also new trucks have no top bunk. When u deliver your load you always have a pre plan. Average miles 2800-3200 for h

Sounds about right based on what they told me when I talked to them. I like that they were pretty honest and straightforward with me. Do you or your husband know anything about their regional offerings, or if they possibly have local options for company drivers? Also, what is their rider policy? I'm about 99% sure I'm going to call them tomorrow and tell them to sign me up, but I just wanted to get last-minute questions answered.
