I'm interested to know how well do you know the man to make a comparison. Yeah, I'm old enough to remember Carter, and I disagree with you on the airhead comparison. Since you want to say that, let me say this: McCain is a third term for Bush!!!!
Haven't heard much about these guys...until now

HELLO EVERYONE,I'M BACK.
y would you lease from the company ur driving for?.
good question!!! i can only speak for myself, 1st i dont have the funds or the credit to go w an outside dealer.
i have seen ads where you can get into a truck with only $1000 down.
but what kind of condition willl that be? soon as u drve off the lot you might have some sort of problem!
not that it aint diff with a company lease.
also the payments r going to be just as much, unless you come up with a good down payment.
hey going to guido down the block for that loan is not an option,u will loose more than the shirt off your bk.HA!!!! -

i look at company trucks, if i see most trucks from the same company that are clean, i like them, it says a lot about the company, i dont think iv ever seen a clean dart truck, which also says a lot about that company.
i also see a tons of ads for them, as well as other companies, to many ads actually. i think if a company has to advertise " everywhere " that cant be a really good thing. -
There is a post on here that says there is no head turning trucks at dart.I think he is wrong what aboout harvey zander's icy blue 2 he has won many awards with it. what about ss lagrange done by the trick my truck show.or dont those count. also since when does chrome pay the bills. I have been at dart for 2 1/2 years and I can say they are a good company. of course they have there faults but dont all companys?

When asked they said the only criteria for a company is that they are willing to take the payment from your settlement and mail it directly to them.
The payments ARE high. 895/week includes bobtail and physical damage insurance 2290 federal tax and property taxes. But at the end of the lease you have the option of buying the truck for 1 buck. Leases range from 3 - 5 years depending on the amount of time the truck has previously been leased. New is 5 yrs and down from there.
They even offer APU's for $65 - $75/wk depending on the length of the lease.
Advantages I see are: a way to work myself out of the hole I created by bad investing in real estate two years ago. Residual value at the end of the lease. Newer truck so I know how it was maintaned during it's life. The ability to move the truck to another company if the present one does not preform as promised. Building credit while doing what I have always done anyway.
Disadvatages I see are: High payments that guarantee lower income through the lease term. Although the trucks come with a good warranty from the factory, a break down could put a person in the hole in a hurry. Time off will have to be scheduled according to the payments and the revenue. (I did say "work" out of the hole).
The point here is: At this time this is all I know about this company. I will be posting my experience with them in the future. If anyone else has info or experience with them I would be grateful for their views. -
i loved Dart, well, the Dart from Egan,MN, not the Ohio company. i didnt have the cash or credit for my own ride. i was a lease operator for them from 3-2004 to 10-2005. of course they had their BS, but not anymore then i have read from other companies posted here. i didnt make much fom them, but i promise i almost always had 1500.00 a week in my pocket after all my truck bills were paid. i will go back to Dart if they take me. i caught a felony, i still have over a year of probation left.
sincerely, RJiluvatruckr Thanks this. -
