Frank Thompson Transport hiring tanker drivers

this is an awsome co. they haul mostly asphualt out of lion oil in eldorado ar. but haul a mix of caustic and emulision and other products in the arlatex area. they never advertise hiring but have just put an ad in ar democrat gazette today. i know they are only gonna hire 1 maybe 2 drivers now and more soon. they have about 100 drivers now in eldorado-muskogee-little rock. been in business 50 years. they got a website and i think the number in the paper was or look it up on their site. they always said we never advertise for drivers they just show up on our door step.

hmmm, i've heard this song before.. but keep us updated & let us know how it goes for u down the line.. i drive local here too & there are lots of small companies like this one in OR who don't advertise, don't have to bcuz their drivers don't quit & when they do it's usually someone who knows someone that works there who ends up getting hired..

that could have been the story here. boss asked me if i knew anyone needing a job. i called a couple of guys i knew and they were either just starting with another job or locked into a deal they were happy with. i didnt think it was gonna happen so quick that he would advertise. he told me fri he put ad in paper and phone was ringing off the hook. you know how that goes a lot wont make the cut with bad history in their file. they wont jump on first person that comes by, but if you happen to be the one that grabs their attention its a life long gig. we had like 2 people quit in 2 years out of 100 and one of those i know it was because of his family problems,we also have 2 O/O's working out of little rock ar terminal and they are very happy. well as happy as an O/O can be. they scored some new customers back at the last 1/4 of 09 and it has been more than we can handle with what we got.

No we're not . A couple of violations won't keep a driver from working . Everybody is way too paranoid about CSA 2010 . I haven't seen such panic nonsense since Y2K .
