LOL not happening I really don't know how a dispatch service can dispatch 7-8 trucks and get the best money possible for the driver. This week he will hit GA, IN, TN, MS, KY and back to GA on Friday

Hey Jess what kind of cut do you take? How is it paid to you? Is driver going with the flow or not liking your load choices? I could do it but I don't know how well I could deal with anyone questioning what or why's. I do loads out here all the time that I don't care for but you do what you gotta do to make money. The numbers make sense you just put your big boy britches on and git r done. Like right now I just emptied out a little while ago and my reload isn't until 4pm tomorrow about 60 miles away. But in the week it works out just fine. I know that and know what I'm doing. But I can't imagine many drivers being happy with situations like that. Which do happen. That's trucking and we know this. Until one does dispatching it's hard to understand and easy to complain about - I used to gripe too. And you know freight is down right now has been for a while. Just part of it. When it's busy it's easy to stay busy. When it's not you take what's out here that'll make a buck even if there's too much time between, etc, etc. I would have little patience for anyone questioning that. You know?

 

5% and so far he is really happy and no he doesn't question where I send him, he is a driver for F2F that JJ and I have been talking to for about 6 months. He used to work for Big G he purchased a truck a couple off months ago and started with F2F almost two weeks ago.
He will finish out his week on Friday in Atlanta, (lives 60 miles from Atlanta) So far he doesn't gripe @ all he likes the idea of making money and I get to keep the Negotiating skills sharp That's me after talking to GA brokers. So far I have him PU a load that delivers early the next morning and then pick up another load same day and get running with it, loads have been tight time wise so he hasn't been sitting at all.

I do all his check calls including F2F emails/ calls.

 

i'll give you 5.1% to find me a load outta cali. and i'll still consider you a friend even.

WELL, this sucks. heater quit working. i'm stuck with idling engine.

 

Its supposed to get very cold here tonight Still trying to not use the heater just yet lol but thinking I may have to tonight.

 

I hear it is going to be very very cold in Jacksonville tomorrow morning, and I have to go up there. I am planning to find my jacket and wear long pants. Just have to find some.
