Yes, they do.

I saw on thier website that they are a "less than truckload carrier".
In other words, LTL.

Does this mean multiple stops for the same trailer? And also unloading every piece of frieght in it?
Only city drivers do multiple stops. Linehaul is terminal to terminal only, and mostly done at night.

Is it a lot of doubles? Being a pre student(I have a class B with 6 yrs ex.),isnt jumping right into doubles a bit much to handle for a new driver?
Yes. All their linehaul operations are done with sets. Doubles aren't difficult. You just gotta hold on to 'em. It's not hard to hook them up either.

Good benifits? What about safety and training. I would prefer to be trained by an exp. driver. Not someone who is 6 months out of school.
I couldn't tell you about pay and benefits. As for safety, if Old Dominion's safety dep't is anything like where I work, they don't miss a beat and will back a driver on out-of-hours disputes.

You may spend a night in the yard learning the coupling process, and then the next night they'll send you out with a load, if you elect to do the linehaul thing that is.

i'll say this...if your gonna go over the road and want to start with a great pay & benifits package and don't want to sleep in your truck the rest of your life.....then OD is gonna be hard to beat!!
your stops are at terminals ONLY. you will not drive through nyc looking for jimmy's wholesale outlet for 5 hours. ALL hotels are paid by the company EVERY night!! most driving is at night....and it is almost always doubles or as they call them (pubs). and if later you decide you wanna go local you can with out any problems.

And also unloading every piece of frieght in it? you will not unload the trailer.you will only drop it at the dock they tell you. Is it a lot of doubles? it is almost always doubles. Being a pre student(I have a class B with 6 yrs ex.),isnt jumping right into doubles a bit much to handle for a new driver? not at all...like anything else it just takes some practice...how many students come there that know how to drive doubles??...not many. Good benifits? right at the top. What about safety and training. training will be provided by a trainer with 2 years otr exp or more. I would prefer to be trained by an exp. driver. Not someone who is 6 months out of school.
Hope this helps>>>>>
