I have talked to alot of their drivers. All seem happy and the o/o are apparently making enough for newer trucks and seemed to be well maintained.

I never had a reason to post any thing on here about another trucking company. Yes It is a big contrast to what other are saying on here. only about 9 post on here about the company. I did not do a lease purchasing from R E Garrison. I can only post on here what Happen to me and another person. I worked for them for 5 weeks. All I haul is nasty chicken loads, Heavy loads, I know all the loads I pulled paid really good to Garrison. The in house broker Heart of Dixie takes a huge cut right off the top. Then another 25%. Then U have to pay for every thing reefer, wash outs, lumbers, scales, etc. If u like to be on loads for 5 to 6 days and pay for the reefer unit to run. Or pull loads after fuel U make nothing. All I know is My time is valuable to me. I don't like being cheated and lied too.

It's funny U can go to rip off report and post about R E Garrison and they Will have it removed in 24 hrs.
I will say it again here stay away from R E Garrison. 75% of the load what a joke.Third3y3guy Thanks this. -

As a customer, I have dealt with RE Garrison and Heart of Dixie for several years. They are a great company. I'm aware that Heart of Dixie brokerage only covers freight that company trucks and O/O can't cover, so there's no "Heart of Dixie takes a huge cut right off the top." You were there for 5 whole weeks, so you knew that right?

I just spoke with a Garrison lease/op here in Bakersfield. He says he's payin $650 wk for the T680, he & wife team. He had all positive comments. I saw that 680 and wanted to know more, so I e-mailed recruiting...

Got a reply letting me know they do not hire company solo drivers, but will be glad to let you lease. If a company can't afford to hire company drivers, forget it....

$650.00 a week truck payment, yikes!, I think I will stick to my ole 96 it's paid for and still has plenty of life left.
Third3y3guy Thanks this. -
was the $650.00 a week for truck payment just for tractor payment or do you know if they are including insurance and other deductions?
