I really enjoy working at HOW. I cannot imagine driving anywhere else. I get the miles that I desire accompanied with good pay/benefits. The average pay is anywhere from $38,000 to $78,000 miles. Each driver has a assigned dispatcher that we work hand and hand with to get the balance of miles and home time desired. They also pay practical loaded and empty miles. All and all it is has been a great experience.

    Hey Grabbin-Gears,

I agree... I think they are getting some new trucks in the near future. They have always been a stable company and have been around for 75 years. I think they are just riding out the economic storm before spending tons of money.

    Cheers,

Average pay is between $38-78k? Which is it? There's something you can really hang your hat on. Gears, how long you been driving for them? And where do you live?

$38,000 - $78,000. They pay practical mile vs. HHG mile.
