I do hope you are passionate about teaching and more importantly learning but from your firstpost it feels more like you want the miles. That will only put some innocent family in danger or even worse their blood on your hands.... If the blood isn't your own. Trainers who put miles before the industry are just as responsible as the companies for allowing steering wheel holders to drive which is why things are a messed up as they are in this industry today. Put that to deep and serious thought if not prayer please. I beg you

Only a recruiter would be able to tell you for sure. If youre record is clean they might not require the standard 40,000. The requirements change almost weekly so...
Im in La right now lol Just passing through though...

ok got a few questions, the recruiter hasnt called me back for a couple days so maybe you guys will know. going for orientation in SLC so here goes........
do I get my own hotel room or have to bunk with somebody? (I hate doing that with a person I dont know right off the bat)
how often does prime pay/settle?
and for a lease op whats the cutoff date for payday?
I live in Las Vegas and heard there are a couple of strong accounts here, one for ice cream and something else also, alot of trucks come to vegas everyday, but whats going out? do I have to deadhead to LA to get a load?
If you run solo is the majority of your work regional? like western states in my case, solo guys load and unload the trailers that are repowered by the teams?
hows the in house accountant for you guys? should I go thru them or use my own accountant?
any info will help, just the curious junk goin thru my head

Prime Training Question
I drove for Werner for 5 months before I quit. I went through Werner's training. If I decide to work for Prime, do I have to go OTR with a trainer again? Or can I just get assigned a truck and start making money.
Thanks for any input.

Kingsson. How is the lease working out? Will they let you get the Pete or can you pick what you want to lease? What range is the payments for the Cascadias; beside thats what I'm driving now.

a lease driver told me the cascadias are cheaper, his payment was 881 a week, guys that really get screwed are the ones that get the big eyes for a loaded pete and are paying 1300 to 1500 a week.
this driver had been with prime for 10 years and has had several trucks so I could believe it. said the company is great, always treated him fair, for the first couple years he was driving he bounced around to swift and werner doing the typical job hop. Landed at prime and found his niche, found all his info really helpful.
