I have driven for Lessors out of Eagan, MN since August, 20, 2007. They are not the perfect company by any means. I have been angry with certain things that have gone on, Florida yard can be a bit to deal with, but I've made over $50,000 this year and last, I drive a brand new KW T700 with a Tripak and an 1800 watt inverter, I'm asked where I want to go, and my pay is always right and on time. They are not perfect. But they've been fair to me and other drivers that have been here. They are not for everyone, but I believe they are worth a shot. A good attitude will get you further here also. Dispatch in Eagan can seem standoffish until they get to know you. Give it a shot, if it doesn't work there are a million other companies to go to. If you find it fits, you'll do pretty well here.

I go home when I want. You stay out 3-4 weeks you can have a week off. Knight is a bottom feeder company, will charge you for idling to stay comfortable, and you are more of a number instead of a name. Seriously, you living in western Minnesota, take a look at some of the smaller carriers based out there, and in South Dakota. Look around instead of limiting yourself to the biggest companies. You'll find a lot more respect, miles and opportunities for yourself at a company that values the drivers it has rather than one that wouldn't know you if you walked in.

When you get some miles under your belt, try Bay&Bay, can't say enough good things about that company!

I do in the mid $50s. Having that 1800 watt inverter helps me keep expenses low on the road as well, so I spend very little on the road, sometimes less than $40 ( including cigarettes).

    123456 and Zangief Thank this.
