Looks like Gopher is off to a good start lol. I had great 4 days off ,but back to the grind! Just spent 2 hrs working on the truck getting some elect problems worked out alls good now, or for now....

 

Lots of excitement here.
Transam gets stuck in Mud Puddle right after pulling out of the Bobtail area.
So this CRST driver got the bright Idea of trying to help him out by pushing....
Needles to say Transam is still stuck and CRST has a busted up front Bumper.

Leading these drivers is like herding cats.lol
I personally like FRE. I think things are improving but its a process just like anywhere. Changes take time. I'm old and patient.
Home time isn't a big issue but it may not come the day you plan Sunday could be Monday or Tuesday but that's trucking. Plan appointments toward the end of home time rather than first day you ask for.
Starting pay above average.
Of course we all want to see new drivers that aren't dropping problems for the next driver to fix.
Attitude is everything regardless of where you go. If you are a complainer it doesn't matter where you work you will complain. I don't know you but I know FRE. Its a trucking company. Good and bad. Its all in how you deal with it.
