Does pride do routing, tell u where to fuel and how much to get? Micromanage your arse to death, even with over 2 mill accident free miles? Just curious as i am making my short list if companies to work for.

You hit on one of the things I really like about Holland. I get fuel where and when I want it. It was one of the things I really hated about Crete....20 gallons here, 34.7 there.....pain in the arse for sure!!

I know those guys, they run in and out of the same dedicated I do at times. Somehow my friend and I never make the team board even though that's all I've done while OTR.
They send you a route, sometimes fuel, sometimes not. I only look at them if I'm going across the 80 or through PA on the turnpike and want to see if they want us to run tolls or not. It's rare that I fuel where it says as we save time fueling where we swap drivers as a team. If you take shortcuts or a better way no one will say anything.

Jo in recruiting just told me they couldn't bring me on bc I live too close to the ocean... They said it should be ok last week bc I'm close to the Salinas Valley which is where they go :/
