This truck is heavy haul speced (sp?) It is double framed and has everything it needs. They also made sure you have creature comforts the APU is GREAT and they also put a 2500 watt inverter in the truck, I think it is all part of the APU stuff. This truck was in the wind fleet at combined. It is one of the only ones in the HH fleet from what i understand. The new trucks are 500 hp and i am not sure how speced out they are.

Now if you are asking about leasing on a truck I have no idea how that works or what they want you to have. But we did meet an owner operator here who has been here for 19 years and he is very happy. He bought his truck and trailer off of Combined (not lease purchase) he has one of the older Freightliners and a 9 axle trailer.

A couple more recipes for ya'll

    Beef Stroganoff

1 lb lean ground beef OR a small round steak cut into small pieces
1 med onion chopped (you can get chopped onion at the grocery in the freezer section)
1 garlic clove minced (or garlic powder 1 tsp)
    small can mushrooms
3/4 cup FAT FREE sour cream (you can use reg if you want)
    2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt (salt substitute is fine)
    pepper to taste
1/2 cup beef bullion (or 1 packet beef bullion and 1/2 cup water)
2 Tbsp tomato paste (you can buy this in tubes now and just squeeze what you want )

IF you have a skillet you can brown the beef, onions, garlic and mushrooms drain and put into slow cooker. (I use a skillet on the grill and do this the night before and keep in fridge till morning)

combine sour cream and flour (do this in a zip lock baggie) add to mixture in slow cooker stir in remaining ingredients.

cover and cook on low 4-6 hours serve over wheat noodles or brown rice (white noodles or white rice if you prefer)

    ENJOY!!

    This one is EASY!!

1lb lean ground beef or TURKEY
    1/2 cup diced onion
1 pkg of DRY spaghetti sauce mix (where the gravy mixes and all are in the store)
8oz can tomato sauce (salt free or low salt)
3 cups tomato juice (v8 would work too)
4oz dry spaghetti noodles broken into 4 inch pieces

Brown onion and meat in skillet DRAIN
add remaining ingredients EXCEPT speg noodles cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or 2-3 hrs on high

During the last hour turn to HIGH and add speg noodles stir to keep noodles from sticking together.

    ENJOY!!

Sitting here at the twin TA's in Ontario CA....YUCK!! 20.00 a day to sit here as we dont eat inside. We did rent a car yesterday and got some things done we needed to do...like restock the truck with groceries. Had grilled Lamb Chops last evening...YUMMY....they are full of cholesterol though so no more of them for a LONG time.

Having Grilled Pork chops tonight with Baked potato and green beans.

So not much to say today...just board...ready to see what is next.

We are in Tehachapi CA loading a windmill machine head. This is gonna be interesting. Gonna be maxed out on weight this time...near 200,000.

We are taking it to OK near where my son lives and he is in the Army and is gone till the 28th...we deliver this thing on the 25th...that just sucks. I have not seen him in a while and was looking forward to seeing him.

Here are a few pics of the unloading. The one pic is the DRIVEWAY Bo had to get into. The rest are the transformer being unloaded and moved to another truck to go on a boat to Hawaii.

Excellent photos, thanks for sharing and that wind cell looks like it will not be good for any fuel mileage. And people wonder why Heavy Haul cost so much, besides the fact it is not for everyone.
