Started with TMC 7 weeks ago. Finished 5 weeks with trainer and just finished my second week in my own truck. TMC is a good company and their training is great. Taiping is hard work, but aside from that its a good company so far. I'm on track to make a good deal of money too.

It's not Boot Camp...its actually pretty laid back, just don't miss the bus, don't walk on the grass, and act professional.

You may or may not get a new truck. Mine was an '05 with 686,000 miles on it. Im running into new guys all the time with with new 387's or 88's. In my opinion, you want a truck with some miles on it. Good luck and dont sweat orientation. Youll have fun. Just dont miss the morning bus.
