I see the recruiters at K&B are at it again. If anyone defies the overwhelming advice to stay away from these people, do yourself a favor, and before you quit, close your bank account. These people will come back and take your last direct deposit back out of your account. I know. You're thinking they can't do that. That's what everyone thinks. Check with your bank. They can, and these thieves do it on a regular basis. I am not the only one this has happened to. Research this company first.

    Nice try Seth...

Talked to 3 k&b drivers when I was lookin, all 3 of them were lookin for another shop themselves
then I saw a post on Craigslist (Kansas city) a guy was gutting them for jacking him just as
you said., he said that k&b begged him to try and sue them.
Crooks, and arrogant also, no thanks
    good luck

Yep. They charged me for repairs that the truck needed before it was assigned to me, and for all the equipment that I turned in. Could I prove I didn't owe them the money they took? Yes. But it would have cost me about a grand to go from Indiana to Nebraska to sue them for $600. It makes no sense, and THEY KNOW IT!

I have worked for several companies through the years that just weren't a good fit for me and I wasn't a good fit for them. It doesn't make them bad companies. But these people are just flat out THIEVES!

I saw an ad they had recently looking to hire a driver to fly around the country and pickup abandoned trucks, that right there shows they are dirtbags

Paid for miles even if you don't run them. Sounds too good to be true.

You only get it on weeks you are available all seven days. You want to go home for a day? No guarantee that week. If you are guaranteed miles, they make sure you run at least that many. If you are guaranteed a certain amount of pay, they make sure you run enough miles to cover the guarantee. (They bounce back and forth between guaranteed miles and guaranteed pay, because they sound different, but amount to the same thing.) But on weeks when you want to go home, the miles dry up, because they know they won't have to cover the difference that week. It's just a recruiting gimmick.
