anybody drive for giltner shed some light here, there was a post from 2010 drivers wife was going on about company screwen drivers out of money, personally iam thinking bout checking them out for 11 western some mid west as company driver.. do they run apu"s whats pay for new hires ok just need a little heads up.. on the real story thanks-b-safe

 

bumper i think alot of these companies espeicially reefer were used to pushing the envelope as far as they could, but we both know times are a chainging.. giltner did you right though as far as your pay was concerned. i think alot of us drivers that started back in the 80's we had families to raise and you would figure out how to get that load delivered on time no matter what,or you would probly would be let go by the carrier.. now enter 2012 and the goverment is going to micro manage everything we do. so are you still doing refrigerated trucking. thanks again bumper

 

that sounds like a good job with navistar . i was doing lease purchase with sammons trucking pullin step deck tra doing pretty good there then wife got cancer and i let the trk go back to sammons, and stayed home with her were almost done with treatments, then lord willing she will be ok. may go back to open deck just lookin at my options. curtain-van looks kind of cool, anyway were about to lose the house so i hope to land something soon, allright have a good week-end. haulin4aliving-out....

 

that trailer you saw i wonder if it was maybe bought from england because i don t think giltner trucking llc is part of cr england trucking out of salt lake

 

well rugerfan i didnt know that been off the road for about 6 months due too my wife being sick. yeah thats kinda strange same add on trailer that england uses thanks for the info.. maybe a giltner driver can explain this.

 

how about it .. is there any giltner drivers for new info, on how company is doing these days; hows your miles with e- logs . do they have pet policy,looking for a good place to call home.. everybody be safe out there.
