I have been here for about 2 years now and I could not be happier. First, I need to say that if you run your truck like a business... you will have a great time. I am home when I want to be. I take the loads that I want to. No one forces me to move the truck. If you are a fresh trainee or fresh out of a driver position, this is not for you. Time to be a big boy/gal trucker. They do not dispatch you every single mile. Sometimes you need to make a few extra calls to agents or become a little creative to move the truck.
The key is to build relationships with many agents/ offices. If you do it with just one and get in a disagreement, then they stop giving you freight and you are SOL. ALWAYS have backup plans. The agents are there for one thing: their money.
Just my 2 cents. This is a good place for O/Os.
