This place is a drivers dream come true! I'm so glad that I left Dart.
IMO Dart had too many issues and so I left and its like night and day! These guys are soooooo cool till it ain't even funny! IMO if you have a truck like to lease instead of straight o/o then you don't know what you are nutts!!!
Had a breakdown under my second load I think it was and they helped me. I have been running steady ever since I got here and no rotted out trailers to deal with like another company I leased to. No hounding drivers to tap on a blackbox no short runs at all nothing but peace and quite and good money too!!!
As far asI know they are not bribing public officials like another company owner that I know of and they really are truly in the drivers corner, now I can wake up knowing I won't have a shank hanging out my back becuse the owner of the company think he knows everything and lobbies for speed govenors on all trucks.
You want steady freight with no bull then call these guys up!
They are small but they have hearts of gold!

MadMax17 and Rollin' On Thank this.

OK caught me before I went to bed. Here's the scoop, they run you quite well over here as a matter of fact I just spoke to a lady who did a follow up to see if in my opinion they are living up to there end of the bargain and wel to tell the truth yes they are and they also helped me to patch my truck up and I just paid em about two grand back and even then they loaned me more till I start back up with profit again.
I will not lie and say I have been always taking home profit but if I had not had bugs in my old truck hell yea I would have and quite a bit.
Also the dedicated runs also dented me pretty good so I asked for coast to coast and so right now I'm back over the road.
They care about drivers and the dispatchers act accordingly. I can tell you this if you don' t wanna run stay where you are but if you like to run hard then come on over and could ya bring a pillow my rear kinda sore? :)
They seem to find customers that huge companies shy away from or don't know about but you will not sit bud that's a no no.
Most schedules are tight but if all goes well you will be on time, they have basic stuff like a randy system direct deposit.
They don't harass drivers they give you plenty of chances to straighten up stuff like screwed up logs etc...
I have been trying to tell drivers about this little gem but they don't listen.
Come on over they got plenty of work for you to do! ;)

In the shower Then grab a bite then grab some zzz. OK facts, the minimum you should bring in is about 1800 per week but I have seen my settlement get as high as 2400 the later was from a load that I forgot to put with another and it was split but it really counted as one.
I had some issues with my truck and lack of repairs due to low miles from the time I wasted at Dart so I have had to borrow from time to time even got ripped of by a tow company in Arkansas because of their laws and that put me in the hole but all in all I'm much better here. I have not gotten anything like cellphone or my truck insurance cut off like I did at Dart many times over due to again low miles .
All I can say is ask the drivers that work here they will do all they can to help you stay in business.
The rest is up to you.

Update: My little on man show fell through the floor and so I don't pull for em anymore that ol truck that Truck Mart did me in and she was'nt worth saving and so I'm looking for a new slot as a company driver or a small owner op for a short time, Still I won't say I had a bad time with FX I ran from El Paso to the midwest and some east and had a great time and great miles but that ol truck ripped me a new one! With all the regs aimed at large trucks time for me to down size to hot shot and then hang up the big truck keys and let the big trucking companies choke on their own vomit that they lobbied for. I have really had it with them guys stabbing me in the back.
I learned 2 things FX Great Truck Mart bad...

Sorry to hear that ... Had a friend who started running teams with his truck there ... Was doing quite well. But he had to hang it up for health reasons.
